Upon receipt of your email, an automated reply will be sent to you with a unique support ticket number.
That ticket number can be used to track the progress of your support request by logging in at

In regards to sorting which tickets are at the top of the list, the customers can click here:

If you click 'created at' it will change the order to most recent/oldest tickets created. And for updated at, clicking this will change to the most recent/oldest ticket that was updated.


In regards to changing the priority of tickets, if they have the permission to view tickets for all customers in the company, they should also be able to change the priority by clicking into the ticket:
